How to Send a Notification

Follow these simple steps to send a push notification to your subscribers using NotifyPress.

Step 1: Go to Campaigns
Log in to your NotifyPress dashboard and open the Campaigns section from the sidebar. This is where you manage and send all notifications.


Step 2: Click “Create New Notification”

On the Campaigns page, click the Create New Notification button. This will open the notification builder.

Step 3: Build the Notification
Fill in the notification details:

Image (optional) – A large image for supported browsers
Title – The headline users will see
Message – The body text of the notification
URL – Where users will go when they click the notification
Icon (optional) – Usually your website logo

Step 4: Select the Audience

Choose who should receive the notification.

You can send notifications to:

• All subscribers
• Specific segments
• Users based on filters such as browser, device, or location

If you don’t apply any filters, the notification will be sent to all subscribers.

Step 5: Send the Notification

Once everything looks good, click Send to deliver the notification immediately.

You may also choose to schedule the notification for a later time if needed.

After sending, you can track performance in the Analytics section.
