Add your store as a site in your NotifyPress dashboard and copy its site key — the same model used for WordPress sites.

Paste the widget snippet into your theme with your site key. NotifyPress handles the opt-in prompt, subscriber registration, and service worker setup — nothing else to wire up.

Fire events from your backend (optional)
Post a named event and a subscriber token to the REST API to trigger a custom-event automation — a completed purchase, a viewed-but-not-bought product, anything your store tracks.
On WordPress instead?
The native WordPress and WooCommerce plugin installs the widget for you and adds order-based automation triggers out of the box.
