The high-level one. Campaign volume, total views and clicks, your top campaign, and subscriber activity. Built to be read by someone who was not in the dashboard all month.
Emailed on a schedule
Turn it on for a site and the summary arrives by email every Monday and on the 1st of each month, with the PDF attached. Off by default, and set per site rather than account-wide.
How a report gets made
Pick a date range
A start date and an end date, whatever window you actually care about. It defaults to the last thirty days, and every report on the page uses the range you set.
Choose a report
Campaign performance, subscriber growth, or the monthly summary. Generation is queued rather than blocking the page, and a progress panel tracks it through queue, render and download.
Hand it to someone
The PDF downloads the moment it is ready. It carries your date range and generation date on every page, so nobody has to ask which period they are looking at.
A PDF is for the people who will never log in
If you run push for a client, the dashboard is the wrong artefact to send them. A report is a self-contained document with the period on the front and the numbers laid out in order. The thing that gets forwarded, filed, and pasted into a monthly update.
Generated PDFs are cleared after 24 hours, so nothing accumulates quietly in an account you have handed to someone else. Need it again next quarter? Generate it again for the same dates.
